At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the footwear back in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
